"We've stayed here many times. It's a quite & peaceful stay. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean & the showers have good pressure! Cameras around the hotel & inside of the hotel so that's a plus. Especially while vehicle is parked outside. It's a great place to stay. I've even stayed there alone some & felt safe as a woman. So that's saying a lot. "

"The woman who checked us in was very rude. We love staying at your hotel and I requested a room with a balcony. This was the second time that my request was not acknowledged but after some heated exchanges the lady finally gave me a room with a balcony. The room had a leaking commode and I tried to report it but the clerk spoke such broken English that it was hard for her to understand what i was trying to tell her. This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel because of its location on the river is so relaxing but when you have to experience what we did it’s had to want To go back. "
