"Large well maintained grounds. Reception Staff was very attentive. Joseph was especially kind and helpful. Room was small but offered great views Ann was comfortable for two. Lee, dining room host was wonderful. Shuttle service was a bonus to get to and from various locations. Victor from Heritage booked several activities and cabs for us. He was always available to assist. On-site dining was excellent with breakfast buffet included with our booking level. Highly recommend this place. "

Magnificent views of Zambezi and can see the spray from the falls. We stayed here for three weeks and I would highly recommend it. Sharon and her whole team at guest services were spectacular and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Trinity and his team at the front desk are very accommodating....

"I stayed 1 night after a safari trek across southern Africa. The staff were great, the room acceptable, a light breakfast in the morning was appreciated. Everything in the room worked, the bed was comfy. An in-house store was handy for drinks/snacks. The location is great, near the Falls and the downtown shopping areas, craft market and restaurants. There is a pool, which looked nice, but i didn't use it. I would recommend N1 for short stays. A very pleasant overnight!"
