Perfect location with a beautiful harbour view. Staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Our room was lovely and the bed was so big and comfy. Breakfast was amazing,great choices on offer with a good selection of hot and cold options The location is perfect for shopping and eating out and every restaurant is as good as the one before ,including the hotel itself . Loved this place. Breakfast was excellent!! The desk staff we was over the top; helpful, friendly, and informative. They did everything to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Out of all of the hotels we stayed out during our trip to Greece and Crete, this was our favorite. Do splurge for the port-side view room, it is worth it. The location can't be beat, and the breakfast buffet was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it was a 3 minute walk to a host of shopping, restaurants and the "Old City" downtown. We highly recommend it.
