“We came to Philly for a volleyball tournament. This was the 2nd time renting here. It is walking distance to the venue. The Terminal market (I love) is with in walking distance. Tons of restaurants. A Trader Joe’s. Anything you need. We parked our car in the convenient parking lot and never moved it all weekend. Walking distance to history exhibits. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area for something at the convention center. Cons. 3 flights of stairs to walk up. Not well...

“We had a nice stay. The apartment is a nice size. Check in was easy with outside door code and code to get into the apartment. The apartment is in a nice location close to Reading market and lots of places to eat. The description of the apartment is accurate, so I would recommend reading it carefully. It is overtop of a night club which gets noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. I noticed not as loud on Sunday. I would guess this is true the rest of the week too. “The house was very neat, clean and organized. Only thing not mentioned is the it's on the 3rd floor with no elevator and no street parking. There's a lot next door. We paid $120.00 for two nights parking.”
