“Great location just a short walk to the beach. The house had lots of fun games, cards, books, kitchen items, and a very peaceful vibe. Perfect for our group of 6. Sheets, towels, and beach chairs made it very convenient. The owner responded quickly to questions and was very helpful. Look for dolphins on the beach and a grey fox in the neighborhood. We had not been to Broadkill Beach before and really enjoyed the natural, laid back atmosphere. We did not want to leave.”

“My friends and I decided at the last minute to do a week-end at the beach. This place and was open and suited our needs as far as sleep accommodations, dogs allowed and walkable to the/a beach - especially one that allows dogs. Really glad it was available! We had a great trip and also enjoyed the Broadkill store and weekend donuts! If you need a little more excitement, Lewes, Henlopen, and Rehoboth/Dewey are not too far away.”

“Great little cottage for short stroll (50m) onto the beach to relax, listen to the waves, and then kick back and enjoy the sunset with all the amenities needed for a home cooked meal! Complete with Grill, outdoor shower and screened in porch to watch the sunset.”

“My husband, son and myself stayed for 7 nights. Walk in shower lower level worked great. Theres also a full bath upstairs. Location was quiet, but not too far from food stores and restaurants.”

“Great stay in this Rehoboth Beach Cottage. New comfortable beds and cold AC downstairs. Upstairs rooms with 5 twin beds was warmer but a portable A/C and fan helped a lot. Maybe bring an additional fan. Cleanliness in a few areas could be better and the cottage is showing some wear. Old coffee filter was moldy, dirty wet laundry was in wash and not started, dishes were wet and not put up. Minor things. Book needs updating of local contact, but message via VRBO worked great and was responded to...

“This property was just what we needed. As described, it is a rustic cottage. For the price, you cannot beat the location. It is just mere steps from the beach. The house was clean inside, and the furniture was super comfy. I do suggest bringing bug spray. The mosquitos were thick, but that is what you get when you are surrounded by water and we were prepared. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay there again.”

“The house is perfect for small families and right on the water as advertised. Both the front and back yard are fenced in with ample outdoor furniture and grill. The porch is lovely with wrap around screened in windows, we did not use the bed in this space but a nice mostly private option for those who may need it. Very mermaid themed for all mermaid lovers.”

“This adorable and nicely decorated cottage has just about everything you need. Plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans. We spent a lot of time on the large deck with a great view of the bay. Robin was very easy to communicate with and replied promptly to our questions. It’s nice that beach chairs and umbrellas are available. We forgot to bring insect repellent and had to leave the beach early one day because of biting insects. Other than that we had a great time!”

“My daughter, dogs and I spent a week in May at this cute cottage on Broadkill Beach. The house was clean and nicely set up. The screened in front porch is bigger than it appears and was perfect for hanging out. The fenced backyard was a godsend for the dogs. Although the cottage can theoretically sleep 8, I wouldn’t recommend it as the living area is very small and the one bathroom is tiny. My only (minor) complaint was that the outside shower wasn’t turned on during our stay. It would have been...
