“We were traveling from Dallas to Fort Smith. Found this on Expedia at 1 am for $87 total. Very basic room. Perfect for what we wanted. Slept for 6 hours and back on the road. Staff was very friendly. The outside entrance door didn’t have a lock, that was my only complaint. Very convenient location.”

“I Always get a nice clean room. Easy parking, usually pretty quiet. I usually bring ear plugs when I travel, but haven't had to use them very often. Convenient to restaurants, walmart, carwash, etc. Would recommend. ”

“no coffee in either the room or main lobby. Thermostat on heater/air conditioning unit was not working.”

“Heater was broken so we froze. There was a leak from the toilet so the bathroom floor was wet. The TV didn't work! Horrible place!”

“The host was very respectful and very good at communicating and seemed to be very friendly, the only issue that I had was the AC. It worked well during the night time, but during the day the home temperature would get up to 80° even with it on. But other then that, I enjoyed the stay and had a good time.”
