The lack of cleanliness, flies, gnats and dead flies and gnats everywhere in the lobby. Open lobby door very unsafe for the staff and guests that are arriving at late hours of the night. When approaching the first room roaches fell from the ceiling once the door opened. Roaches were every where on the walls, bed, ceiling as if they never had pest control. There was old water everywhere on the carpet floor. The room smelled like mold and somebody peed on the floor. The bathroom seemed like it had not been touched in weeks. Just was a filthy room uncomfortable too live in. Once views the room as previously stated. Went to the front desk, employee was nice and understandable about the situation. Offered a second room and the room was decent however it was a reptile in the room. After moving furniture and the reptile ran across the room underneath the bed. Based on reviews, this place sounded like a good bet. IT WASN’T. I was quoted a $10 charge for my dog but the woman at the front desk tried to charge me $75! Got that straightened out and headed to the room. OMG. Definitely the worst place I have EVER stayed. Air conditioner blew hot air and the adjustment knob had been removed. The handle on the bathroom sink faucet was also gone. And the dirt…I’ll let you use your imagination. Bottom line: STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Like maybe sleep in your car.
