The room was what you would expect in a roadside hotel. It was very clean inside though, which was pleasant. My only complaint is about the "breakfast". Probably the poorest continental breakfast I've ever experienced.

It's on the outskirts of town, but if you have reason to stay in Bonham, it lives up to the name of America's Best Value. Clean, comfortable beds, good service, a fridge and microwave, and for cheap. I stay there whenever I am in the area.

Home away from home

Very clean with quiet surroundings, the company I work for pays for my room, and even though this is the cheapest it is the best hotel with comfortable bed, refrigerator, microwave, TV computer desk/chair My 4th time here and I’ll keep coming back

Worth the stop

This is a remodeled hotel and very clean . Breakfast is dry cereal, milk , pancakes, waffles , coffee and juice .

While this property is more simple and plain, it was clean and had comfy pillows and beds. There was a small fridge and microwave too. No frills but a good place to sleep for a good price.

Great Luttle Hotel

This is a charming little one-story motel. The man who checked me in was very nice, it’s in a quiet area, the room was very clean, the bed comfy, and plenty of channels on the tv. The price was great too! What more can you ask for? I’ll stay here again!

Completely Surprised

Got trapped in a town called Whitewright while on a business trip in DFW and needed a place to stay overnight. Not expecting to find anything in this general area i was amazed to find this location just 12 miles from where I was at and the incredible reviews. Sure enough it turned out to be a diamond in the rough. Highly recommend this motel.

Check in and out staff was friendly and simple. Hotel was more run down than expected, dirty and stained carpets through out building. They did not clean well, last guest item found in room still. Mold in bathroom and many wall and ceiling repairs needed though out. Staff doing ceiling repairs in lobby was yelling at the other staff working with fowl language in Front of guest. At 1:30am the door it seemed as if someone tried to open the room and then moved on.
