“Overall, we had a great experience at this property however, there were some upkeep and maintenance issues in our room such as broken bathroom lights and a coffee maker that was not easy to get to work. We reported these issues when we left. The dining options and multiple pools and hot tubs were a plus! ”

“This is my new go-to hotel in Flagstaff. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The vibe was stunning — beautiful facility, loved the coffee shop, had the pizza one night and was generally blown away by our experience. We will definitely be back (sooner rather than later I hope)!”

“15 minutes driving to South entrance of grand canyon. And it's next to the plaza which has Starbucks and other restaurants.”

“One man at front desk was especially kind and helpful in giving me directions for the bus shuttle and figuring out the pamphlet given to me by the visitors center. Fortunately, the tour group operators were willing to pick me up at the hotel. I didn’t have a car. To do the hiking trails, it’s better to have a car. I was told there is only one Uber driver in Sedona. There are “concierge” taxi drivers and info/tour desk next to check in desk has some reliable contacts.”

“It is being remolded and updated little at a time last year the pools were closed, this year the firework area was closed, the beach area and the dock is really what we go for, cleanliness isn’t.”
