The property was well laid out in the grounds just a short walk from the amenities. Some of the staff seemed disinterested and abrupt while others were really helpful friendly and clearly loved being there

We loved that our room was close to the tavern and store. We liked that there was different bus lines to transport you around the park. The room was clean and updated a bit, but the light in the bathroom was too dim and there wasn't any counter space.

It says in the description that grab and go breakfast is available for additional cost. It also said breakfast buffet which seemed like it was included in the price and is not. Our room did not have a working shower.

We stayed in Yavapai West which is the older accommodations. It did have air conditioning. It had a retro vibe but could have used updates, I.e linoleum in the bathroom was peeling off. Easy walking to the Market and Yavapai restaurants.

The parking and location were very convenient. A perfect spot for watching sunsets and sunrises over the Grand Canyon. Very convenient amenities, such as free shuttle bus and big grocery store nearby.

Good location. Not very helpful staff, in general. Asked for a coffee cup for the coffee maker, several times over several days, no one ever brought one. Asked that the room be cleaned, never happened. The place is well located, that's the best thing.
