"Property located in good area with easy access to the city shopping location, historical places, etc. the major problem here is soundproofing- you can hear people in the room you are sharing wall with so clear. Whole adult are not so bad and not screaming all day long, their kids are killers - they are loud like a monsters playing and banging all day log.
