"Friday December 6th 2019, 17:00KST. Lady in black suit at the check in counter called Misun was toxic. She charges around $50 USD for some random extra charge per person. Alright. "I stayed in this hotel in February, the weather was not so cold, but it was definitely much colder in the room inside! My bed was right next to the window and in the morning I always woke up frozen. Only after everybody started to complain, the hotell switched the heating on, the very next day it was turned. So stay was pretty cold and unfriendly."
