"The place is weird. There is one entrance through a half abandoned mall and it has a wing with rooms in the mall. The breakfast which is not very good is in the center of the mall. Mall is probably a compliment as the place has a weird abandoned vibe. The main entrance is on the other side of the mall and there it is a regular American style Motel like a Motel 6. The room was a Suite but it was very simple and large enough but very old and cheap. However it had everything one needs. "

"Surprisingly, this was a very clean and very well area situated hotel, right connected to a beautiful super mall and five minutes from downtown events… The rooms themselves were very clean and very well presented. Everything worked wonderfully in the rooms."

"Huge room , very clean. Massive bed , and a good few plug sockets which is helpful. Toiletries in bathroom . Very convenient location near town centre. "

"Very nice overall impression of place. Our room was nothing special, but the staff was really friendly and helpful, the breakfast had some nice surprises, like peppers and zucchini. The best feature was the pool. It was lovely and heated and there were lounge chairs nearby."

"I always like staying in this hotel whenever I travel to Durango. They are pet-friendly, but I feel their fee is a bit exorbitant, running about twice as much as other hotels across Mexico. I will continue to use this hotel with or without my pet."
