Best place to stay ! They are extremely accommodating our week and a half trip couldn't have gone smoother without them they helped with any questions, fixed any issues and you walked thru that door to a smiling front receptionist who is available at any times of the day/night. If you are ever in Durango stay here the staff not only will go above and beyond but make you feel like your at home away from home!!

I always like staying in this hotel whenever I travel to Durango. They are pet-friendly, but I feel their fee is a bit exorbitant, running about twice as much as other hotels across Mexico. I will continue to use this hotel with or without my pet.

Not suitable for a business trip, terrible internet connection, slow and regularly drops out. The main road is also pretty noisy, not much in the area with regards to food, entertainment, shopping, etc.
