We were told several different reasons by different people but it could not be fixed during the time we were at the hotel. We were moved to a larger room to mitigate the heat and this was somewhat better. According to reception the air conditioning was not working throughout the hotel. We were not advised this when we booked in. The jacuzzi was also not working. Given that we do not speak Turkish and the staff did not speak English, it was difficult to communicate and the personnel at the hotel did their best."
