There wrong room was allocated to my friends and the issue was solved promptly and in a very friendly manner. There are quite a few stairs to access the lobby. "Renovated historic building. Nice size room and large, modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, efficient staff. Was a bit warm in room and could not adjust thermostat below 18 C; however, opening window to let in cool air solved issue (somewhat noisy at times). With window closed, no street noise)."
