“The buggy service around the Island is pretty ordinary . Granted that they have to pick up and drop off guests all the time but there should be some priority given to some cases . eg: Like waiting to go to the airport with baggage. We waited for 45mins before we decided to walk up to the reception . we booked it for 12pm ( Dep at 1520hrs ) and at 1245 we decided to walk . This is not the fault of the operators ( drivers ) but management must give priority to departing Guests. More Island...

“The property is beautiful - quiet, relaxing and great food. The staff are just so welcoming, friendly and attentive. The only thing that has marred our stay is the inaccurate information provided by QANTAS in this deal for travel to and from Vanuatu. This false advertising has caused a lot of stress, as we were meant to fly direct from Sydney as advertised but instead were diverted and left stranded in Auckland for three days due to last minute flight cancellation then had flights to get us...

“Really beautiful and relaxing hotel, out of the hustle of the touristy port. Staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had and sad to say goodbye to! Having no kitchen in the villa was more expensive with having to eat in the restaurant, as well as travelling to places on the buses from the hotel did add up, but for the peace and quiet of the location, it was fair play. Only been home a day and already missing Benjor!”

“We stayed for 5 nights, which I think was about perfect - enough time to relax but not so long that we were bored on such a small island. The reef was beautiful and had lots of different corals, along with loads of fish. We don't dive so we snorkelled each day. We took our own masks but used Bokissa's flippers, which were excellent. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Whilst there was a child there (12 year old) while we were there, it seemed much more suited to couples.”
