“These are cute rock cottages which afford privacy. The communication with the host was excellent. The interior was pretty tired and furnished with kitschy garage sale type furniture. It had a jacuzzi tub which also served as a shower-with an 18 inch entry and slippery tub, it's definitely a slip and fall risk. It comes with breakfast every day at a local restaurant which was excellent. If the owner did some updates, they could charge more, but it was a fair value for the price. ”

The few negatives: the bed was really hard (but it was nice to have a king size bed), the room was cooled by an old school ac unit, which was loud, and kicked on and off, and the room was very dated and not very sound proof. I heard the birds early in the morning, very clearly. HOWEVER, I know they're slowly renovating the rooms so I'm giving allowance for that. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was really fun with the fire pit and the bar...

“Good: Easy check-in, cute property in the heart of walkable Eureka Springs. Balcony is great, and the provided snacks were a nice touch. Cool vintage appliances. Bad: clearly a brand new efficiency reno - very sparsely and cheaply furnished, window shades not secured properly and fell down every time we used them. There is a giant tub, but shower hookup was not installed and was fully nonfunctional - pipes sticking out of the wall covered with a basket. This was not mentioned in the...
