"I have to wait for the room to be ready, 45 minutes after the check in time. I was able to enter the room given to me at 4 pm I was never offered about an upgrade, considering that my room was not ready to hnded over in time. I did ask, because i was tired from trip, if they have another room ready right away, to be able to get situated in it, but they just kept me waiting until 3:45 PM "

"Great hotel To stay in the middle of the city! The area feels safe, although be aware of locals trying to sell you at every corner. Property is old but well maintained, though floor tiles are broke so hopefully it’s fixed in the future. Staff went above and beyond in terms of customer service, specially front desk, Yesenia! She made our short stay very pleasant. Will definitely stay again. "
