“I did and received my Hotels confirmation through hotels.com and once arrived to the hotel they just comunícate to us that hotel is full and booked they can not bring explanation about what happened with the reservation and we just lost the room, we have to look around for other place to stay”

“Cozy house great for the whole family! The location is beautiful and our kids loved watching the deer, turkeys and birds right in the backyard. The accommodations are good but there were quite a few things that need improvement. The bathroom upstairs didnt lock and the bathtub did not drain. The king size beds are two twins put together and if you sit on the edge they almost flipover. There is also an ant problem so we could not leave anything on the kitchen counters for more than a few minutes....

“Our first impression of the Douglas Cottage was concerning as the front deck was missing. Once we got inside, though, our concerns went away as this is a truly beautiful property which is expertly decorated. We assume that they are in the process of rebuilding the deck. If we would have received some communication that this was happening, we would not have had any concerns. “This home is beautifully decorated, very well stocked with high end amenities, and has many lovely features: Large deck and table, hot tub level, deck near water. Walking on the beach is fabulous. The kitchen is perhaps better stocked than mine! Plastic for outdoors and lovely dishes, glasses etc for indoors. Truly a lovely getaway celebrating with friends!”

“House was clean and well-appointed. Stocked like a resort hotel with toiletries, beach towels and chairs, even sand toys. It is about a mile + from Douglas beach and walking distance from downtown Douglas. About 15-20 minute drive to Holland. Neighborhood is quiet, although street is busy. But the house is not noisy. “The property and location are spectacular! We had a wonderful time during our stay. The property is on a quiet street and is very close to downtown Douglas. Several local coffeeshops and restaurants were within 5 minutes of walking. Also easily walkable to Saugatuck. There were several small details that could be improved, like the smoke alarm battery being dead or the water filter needing to be replaced. The king bed was wonderful for two 6 foot + tall people, but the frame is not very sturdy....

"Personal de atencion con pesoma actitud. Me sacaron de la habitación junto con mi madre por que llevamos dos perritos de servicio y que el pago extra no se habia efectuado. Nunca puse resistencia a pagarlo pero fueron despevtivos por no ser un miembro elite de la cadena hilton. Usaron palabras como de que no te no podiamos tener la misma atenvion ya que compramos por expidia. Exijo un reembolso "
