“After reading some of the reviews it is clear they just didn't read the description. The host clearly states it's rustic, old fashioned and not modern. The listing does say here is a hot tub, there isn't. The fire pit is a small metal patio type fire pit. Still meets the need. The grill needs replacing. The walk to the beach is exactly as described.
