If you're going through the reviews and are concerned about the negative reviews before this one, I'd say take the chance and book this place. I go through reviews typically before booking and I was a bit concerned about the poor reviews before my stay; however, based on it being a fairly new hotel, I figured at this point they had a chance to work out all of the kinks. I was correct. I had a great stay at the Hyatt Place. It was clean, modern and the room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. The breakfast was also convenient and pretty tasty for continental breakfast. Unlike the previous reviews, I can say that the breakfast was replenished when the contents got low. The staff was all super nice and any requests I had was honored. The location was right across the street to a tour company that took me to Antelope Canyon. There is also a Jack in The Box and Dairy Queen less than a minute walk away. The area is also very walkable. I will say though, the rooms are not soundproof and I often heard some noises from other guests in the morning. Nonetheless, this didn't affect me negatively. Also, the train noise wasn't much of a factor for me as well. All in all, I would recommend this hotel
