Only one elevator working on a busy weekend, bath tub didn’t work properly. Room service brought the wrong meal and then when they brought the correct order it wasn’t what I was expecting (I ordered the Latin eggs Benedict which is supposed to be served over arepa but was serviced in English muffin) . The pool is small and wasn’t able to use umbrellas due to wind, ( of course safely is imported but I’d hope they would have a solution for wind when the hotel is so expensive) All things considered I feel like it was overpriced and nit worth the stay.
