The townhouse itself is as beautiful as the pictures and was immaculately cleaned. Pool is cold.and there was a $150 fee to heat it which was unreasonable particularly as we only learned it the day we were heading there (it takes 48 hours to heat). “We had a fantastic stay at this vacation rental with a group of 17 people, ranging in age from 6 to 70. The property is wonderfully spread out, ensuring everyone had their own space and privacy. The pool and bar area were a highlight for both the kids and adults, especially the slide and the relaxing hot tub, conveniently located away from the house. This house was perfect for our family with a huge comfy sectional, giant tv, 3 bedrooms with large beds, TV’s in two of the bedrooms, towels for the pool, and plenty of bath towels and essentials in all 3 bathrooms. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, centrally located, communication from owners was excellent. We were able to bbq, hang out at the pool and go out in the evening with section Scottsdale a 10 min drive away....
