"Great family vacation spot! It was so close to crystal beach, few minutes walking distance. We will never forget how beautiful the area was, the beaches were clean, not crowded, lots of room for recreation activities. The hotel had everything we needed for the trip, they cleaned it every morning and provided us with clean supplies. They also responded very quickly for a maintenance problem which we had on but it was not a big deal, it was fixed. The front desk lady was very nice, accommodating....

"Very convenient location to entertainment, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Parking is very limited and challenging. We weren't aware there was construction going on at the property with sidewalk repairs during our stay. It was quite noisy at times. The very comfortable beds made up for the daytime noise!"

"We were very excited to rent this yacht and the location was great BUT we weren't notified that there was no a/c. The A/C only worked in 1 room so it was steaming hot being that it's summer. It was very small, it had roaches and had a really bad smell. The radio attached to the wall didn't work, the TV had about 5 channels. It was terrible for the price we paid."

"The place was amazing, our room view was beautiful.. staff are approachable and thoughtful. They made our stay extra special by surprising us with a gift and card for our anniversary. "I would give it a 5 star all around but there are a few thing I didn’t like, the stay was great, the wharf town nearby was amazing (expensive tho), the whole neighborhood was amazing, the complementary bicycle rentals are a must! And the view from my room was exceptional. One of the thing I didn’t like was the fees that you have to pay additional to your stay, cleaning fee per stay, resort fees per night and incidental hold per night… its been a couple of days since I checked out and still...
