Electrical outlets not working. Dishwasher not working. No place to charge phones. Bathtub would fill up when you take shower. Very gross and dirty tub. Maintenance spent lot of time in the room to fix electrical issues but could not fix it. They said someone will followup next day. No one showed up. Contacted front desk every day to speak to a manager. Left messages for manager. Manager did not call back. Left a written note and there is no reply. I need refund for this horrible place to stay on vacation with family. Cockroach found on steps of swimming pool. Very dirty.

Overall the property seemed to be old and outdated. Inside our room the floors were hard vinyl which seemed to attract sand and dirt. At times there was a foul stale smell to the ac. Otherwise it was convenient to the beach

Elevators not working properly, outdated facility. Liked the manatee bar and you can charge to your room as well as food. Prices were $$$ though Easy beach access but grass and algae was super high so sand was nice but water was gross. Guests pay 10/day to park not included

The Hotel itself was nice, the maid service wasn't the greatest, they don't speak English and were very late in cleaning the room, we didn't really need it cleaned just new towels and toilet paper, other than that we will definitely give them another try

The property is a bit worn down. The first 2 floors in building A look newly renovated and nice. The rooms in building B also have been renovated recently. Building C and D are the same as they were 6 years ago and the were out dated back then.

The staff was great. No complementary breakfast, 10$ a day to park , 38$ to rent umbrellas and chairs. The rooms were clean. My pillow smelled disgusting. 4th of July is the busiest time for them & that's when we were there. I paid to be on the beach however wasn't expecting the other costs
