The staff were excellent and their customer service exceeded our expectations! Traffic can be a challenge but is avoidable by looping around the backside of the mall. We would definitely stay here again! "

"The room and outside patio were nice. However the hotel is completely under construction. This was not disclosed when I booked. There was plaster and pieces of wood everywhere. Toilets in the hallways and just a mess overall. "

"It was really good staying there! We went because one of my good friends had an MMA fight and it was there at the hotel!! I was really impressed with how they turned a conference room into an arena, with the chairs and the big cage in the middle! Event went really good and checkout was at 12pm. My only complaint was that I went to get some snacks from the “Ramada Mart” around 1:30am and they were closed. So that was a bummer, you would think it stayed open 24 hours or at least til 2 lol. But...
