“A great little place on a nice small lake. Selling point and most fun of the weekend was using kayaks and rowboat. Only 20 minutes to Gaylord. Nearby Otsego Lake State Park for beach fun. Super appreciate the communication from owners- as well as providing extra requests!! Would consider this place again!”

“We used 5 of Jeremey’s Higgins Lake cabins and They exceeded our expectations! They are clean, updated and had everything we needed for our family weekend stay. The short stroll to the lake was such a bonus. We watched a gorgeous sunrise. All together the communication with him was prompt and he was happy to answer any & all questions through the process. “We loved our stay at this cottage. The owner was helpful and punctual answering any questions we had. The cottage was clean, well furnished with necessities and all the comforts of home and stocked with things to relax with. Games, book, puzzles, bonfire pit, we loved every minute. Short walk or bike ride to Sam o Set park, kids rode their bikes there (with us) and played on playground, swam, caught minnows. We even got to catch a sun set or two. We truly enjoyed our week together as a family...

“What a host great communication from beginning to the end. Cabin was beautiful and cozy and neighborhood was quiet. Lake was clear and full of fish. Set on the porch in morning and water the sunrise, listen to the loons and other birds and keep an eye out for eagle fishing. What a pleasant time on the lake.”

“We went up north for a little getaway. Used the cottage as a home base to do local activities. We were a group of 2 families and we had 5 kids with us. The loft area was perfect for them. The Kids: 12-16 y.o. all enjoyed the pool at the clubhouse. Need to bring your own towels to the pool. We would stay here again in the future.”

“Every thing was great except for the beds. The top bunk was so close to the ceiling that nobody could get into it. The full size bed mattress was extremely unsupported. Sleeping was not ideal.”

“The location is okay but we were mostly coming to get into the water and go canoeing which we were told there were canoes and kayaks on site and a place to drop in. That is correct however they did not mention the extremely steep incline hill of mud and roots to get into and out of the water and the length of the incline which is absolutely not doable so basically the ploy to get us on site and booked dropped many stars for our family. If I were to just rate the house that was a 4.”
