“This adorable carriage house was perfect and exceeded my expectations! The location is private and secure but also about 60 seconds away from the beach and about a two-minute walk to restaurants and shops. I loved not having to drive anywhere the entire stay. We also walked to the pools. Everything was clean and beautiful! It is the PERFECT spot for a couples’ getaway.”

“This was the perfect place for me and my daughter. The location is fantastic! Close to camp water color and a shuttle or bike ride away to the beach. Beach takes about 10 min on their bikes. Seaside is about a 12 min bike ride. The place was super clean and the owners were awesome and very responsive. They made things so accommodating!”

“We rented through VRBO/Cheryl Moodie last year and had an excellent experience, this year was just the same! The location of this property is ideal! Right around the corner from Barrett Square and steps from the beach. The set up was perfect for our family and another family we traveled with! As a bonus there was a closet on the back porch filled with beach toys and a few chairs to use. Will definately stay here again.”

We stayed in Sandestin last year on Herron Walk drive and thoroughly enjoyed our stay with maybe a few issues. This stay at Sandpiper drive was wonderful. The host was so quick to respond and very friendly. The cleanliness of house was great, and the newer golf cart that we had was awesome. We will definitely stay again, and will recommend this house to anyone who is looking to have a worry free vacation...

“We loved the location, easy walk to the beach and pool. We could ride our bikes to Rosemary beach and the Big chill with a toddler and 7 year old. The only minor thing is the chairs could be updated outside. They looked mildew on some. Loved the porch swing. Had a great time, we’d stay again.”

“Our family had an amazing Easter weekend at this wonderful house. The location is perfect! It’s located in the middle of everything and only 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach. The community heated pool is also across the street. The house size was perfect four our family of four. The kitchen and living room area are small but you have all the wonderful restaurants within 2 min walk. No need to cook. The assigned garage is small and does not fit a large SUV but they have plenty of street...

“Nos alojamos en el área bayside, es una habitación sencilla pero puedes encontrar piscina y un café (sunset café bar) cerca. Hay muchas actividades diferentes para hacer, la playa queda un poco retirada aunque puedes alquilar carritos de golf y hay un bus que te puede llevar sino tienes transporte propio. Difícil parquear en la zona de la playa en algunas horas. ”

“We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.”
