“The property was clean and in great condition. It was right of a biking/hiking trail which was fantastic! Maria was super helpful in finding trails to ride that were open. Tornados came through 10 prior to our visit so not all trails were open due to down trees. Despite that it was a great stay in a wonderful area.”

“Sherwood Cottage is the prime location for any activities near Eureka Springs. The distance to hike locations, Eureka Springs downtown, and really amazing restaurants was great. The cottage was adorable, clean, well kept and stocked with all the amenities we needed for our trip. Patrick the owner gave us a tour of the property prior to letting us stay and was friendly and informative. This place was amazing and if we decided to visit Eureka Springs again. We'll be staying at Sherwood Cottage...

“This property was very cute, it had a lot of unique character. Owners have gone out of their way to nicely decorate the inside and provide you with anything you might need during your stay. Probably one of the best stocked kitchens I have stayed at while visiting a VRBO. The coffee bar was awesome! My daughters loved the loft upstairs. Views from the living room & upper deck were amazing. We sat out there and had coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. Communication with the owners...
