"Wow! What an awesome spot. The pictures could use some updating as things have changed a little. This place is lovely and very inviting. Everything from the location to the neighbors was fantastic! I love all the details from home decor to the outdoor decor. No issues or concerns. We definitely will look up this sweet spot when were back in Florida."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The host was friendly and informative. The place is really cute. Being right on the water is so peaceful. There is a bar/restauranr across the water that often has live music that you can hear when you’re outside, but it wasn’t loud and rowdy - or all night. We actually enjoyed hearing it. Speaking of that restaurant, it has one of the best key lime pies we’ve ever tried - and yes, we’ve had Kermit’s in Key West :) We didn’t see any dolphins in the water in the backyard but we took one of the hosts recommendations for a boat rental and rented a pontoon to take out for the day. We saw dolphins playing while we were cruising in the Gulf. It was so awesome! The accommodations are nice and cozy. We stayed in one evening playing some games we brought. Note, the master bedroom doesn’t have a plug on both sides of the bed - an extension cord run under the bed will fix the issue. Also, the internet can be a little rough. I work from home and will often work on vacation. Thankfully that wasn’t the case this time because even my phone had trouble with the internet in parts of the house. Small other thing to note is that there was no shampoo as the listing stated, so thankfully my mom brought some. But this often isn’t something provided by hosts so it isn’t a big deal, just mentioning it because I hadn’t brought my own. My family and I would definitely stay here again. We had a great time!"

"This place exceeded our expectations! Some homes have everything yet nothing, but Sherri has carefully thought through every possible need, from bulbs to bowls. The beds, pillows, blankets were top notch and no detail left out. And clean is an understatement. The house was spotless! We had 5 kids from age 4-9 and had a blast with the paddle board at the mini beach across the street. We especially loved Robert R Keys beach just 9 minutes away. Sherri was so prompt in communicating and super kind and accommodating. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and grocery stores just a mile down the street. We loved it so much we may make it an annual visit!"

"This was the cutest little place. What was very impressive it the attention to detail of the host to our comfort. Unlike other VRBO's that we have stayed in, this little place was fully equipped. She thought of everything - even make up remover black washcloths. She had tooth paste, tooth brushes, everything. Linens were perfect. The small kitchen area had everything we needed. We had brought our own things because we did not expect this. Very clean, very quiet. Kudos to this host. The neighborhood - not so great but we were never disturbed. Ample parking was provided."

"Had a great stay! Don was available when needed. We had everything we needed at the house and the stores were close for the odds and ends we had to get. There was plenty of things to do in the area. Will definitely keep this location in mind for future trips!"

"The communication was absolutely great. The house was perfect. The kids loved the pool. Very clean and the out back canal was awesome. We watched fish jumping all the time. Although we had no luck checking any. But overall everything exceeded our first time experiencing with a vrbo. We couldnt have picked a better place. Would highly recommend. "Beautiful house with plenty for everyone to do. Communication with Vrbo/Vacasa was horrible. Took forever to get any responses to questions. Property location is not great. We had zero problems while staying but the town/county is riddled with homeless and drug use. Did not feel comfortable with kids playing outside unless an adult was with them."
