The property and room were clean. Staff was nice and professional. Property would be even better if had elevators on each end of property. Other than that will definitely stay again.

Overall the evening and night staff were amazing but a huge shout out to Wayne! He helped my family be extra comfortable and welcoming as we celebrated my sons birthday in the lobby. Thanks Wayne for all you do!

I liked where the hotel was located it was safe amount other hotels and what I didn’t like was that the lady’s in charge of the cleaning were really loud early in the morning cleaning other rooms so it was hard for me to go back to sleep!

Rooms were very out of date. It appeared they were doing some refurbishing but I don’t know if they’re doing all the rooms. I didn’t have hot water for my shower on the first day and the water pressure was terrible.

Hotel would not honor the reservation. Told me "we are sold out on the room you paid for...you have to pay more." Expedia chat help was super slow. Eventually, I was told hotel was going to honor the rate. Tried to check-in, and was up charged an additional $26. This hotel is bait and switch and Expedia continues to deliver poor customer service.

The property is close to GSO airport, like 10 minutes away. The attendants at the front desk during check-in and checkout were very nice. The room was spacious and clean. My issue was when i booked the room it showed the hotel offered shuttle service to the airport which is one reason i selected it. Upon check-in i inquired about the shuttle times only to be told they haven't had shuttle since covid. So I had to Uber which was not a planned cost, considering the room cost and it took a while to find a driver very early on a Saturday morning. Lyft wanted $68 for a 9 min ride 😬.

Great Staff
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast does not allow for varying diets with pre-made items, but it looked nice, set up well and area clean. Hotel close to airport, restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed!

The first room they put me in was run down and dirty, the second room was an improvement but still had dirty furniture. I was there for a college graduation on Saturday, I checked in on Wednesday. I asked for a late checkout on Sat. for 1 or 2 so I could come back and change clothes before I left. They said no. The breakfast they include is not worth it, but you can walk to Dunkin Donuts.

Awesome, the receptionist was very friendly and a great help overall. (Tall African guy with glasses and locs) we had great conversations as laughs he was so excited when I told him I had a little one.

I do not recommend
I was very excited for my stay at the Home 2 Suites Hilton hotel. However, the Hilton app was difficult to use and did not function smoothly. I had to request new room cards because one of the cards was not working, the digital key did not work at all, one of the bedroom windows shades did not work, so we could not roll the shade up and down. The room was not thoroughly cleaned and sanitized due to their being previous food left in the room, and overall I would not come back and would not recommend. Before checkout we decided to try the Complimentary breakfast, the advertisement showcases 400 different combinations available, however there were very few options, there were bagels with eggs,cheese, and bacon bits, sausage and egg bagels, plain eggs, bagels, and packets of oatmeal. I was very disappointed with my complimentary breakfast.

Bad Two Days
This was and is the worst Home2 suites I have ever stayed in. Housekeeping is nonexistent. we had to go down to the lobby to get sheets for the pull-out sofa after they told us they were already in the room. Tissue box in bathroom was there but empty, Toilet seat was not bolted down and wabbled when you sat on it. room itself was not as clean as other Home2 Suites I have been in and there have been many and well kept. The breakfast was nothing to write about much less EAT, what more can I say.. location was great and so was the receptionist at the front desk when checking in, aside from that 5 Thumbs down.

Room was not at all clean. Sheets were dirty with crumbs and hair. Hair in the fridge. Lamp falling off wall. Sink was dirty. No linens or pillows were provided for pull out sofa that we requested for kids. We were moved to a different room, but the trash hadn't even been taken out in the new room. Room smelled like animals (Hotel does accepts animals, but still.) Was not a pleasant experience.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful, they found a room for us as soon as we arrived, and suggested a handful of goodnrestaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again

I frequent Greensboro for business, and required a larger style living accommodations for myself and my Assistants. Evening check in staff was indifferent, and did not make us feel welcome. What I believe to be flirtatious stares from the housekeeping staff will not keep me from speaking in honesty. The housekeeping staff could use a quick refresher course. Dust on top of the refrigerator, dust behind the toilet. Mold in the shower, and the person who had the room prior had covered up the smoke detector for some reason. AM counter girl was attentive and customer service oriented, but that was the exception. Too many options in this price range to take any short on service or cleanliness. I will not be staying here again.

I did not like that the property backed directly up to a neighborhood with old junk in the back yard. When we looked out our window we looked directly into someone’s house and they had a lot of junk outside in their yard, it is probably the worst I have seen outside of my window, ever at a hotel and I have been to a lot of hotels in my lifetime.

How embarrassing to have our commencement speaker stay at the Greensboro location this weekend and have no hot water for either morning of his stay. (He is a seasoned traveler, so navigating the shower faucet was not the problem.) Room was fine. Staff was courteous. But no hot water is kind of a major problem.

This hotel has a bit of a dorm-room feel. The doors allow sound through very easily, so if people were late getting in/early to rise, you could hear everything going on in your hallway. We had booked this hotel specifically for the hotplate amenity they offered, but they were unable to provide us one until our second to last day there.

Pretty good :)
It was great, however there was old food (an apple and granola bar, so nothing too gross) left in the fridge when I got there. They were very nice when I let them know, and everything else was great.
