"It is a beautiful place to stay, just at night was a big storm and we was on floor 5, so water start to going out from the ceiling lamp, was trying to contact somebody at reception and was nobody to report, so we did not sleet that night at all because was like a fountain in our room and my cloth was all wet. Natali in reception was a very nice person, we report to her next day. /but they should have somebody at night for this kind of problems. "
