"The saying ‘you get what you pay for’ is true for this hotel. I never give negative feedback as I believe it can be very damaging to business. Let’s just say that it’s adequate. Just don’t look into the corners. Meh."

"This is a well located & comfortable hotel in a lovely historic ‘Baltic’ building. The rooms were very clean and the twin room (we eventually stayed in)was bright and airy & quiet. The service levels in the hotel are best described as ‘indifferent’. The room safe was locks shut but no one seemed to know how to fix it, the breakfast selection was not constantly replenished (constantly had to request replenishment of items). When we first checked in we were allocated an small dark attic room...

"The products used in breakfast was not fresh. I just ate cornflakes. Bathroom was not clean. Way overpriced. I would recommend either staying at a better hotel by paying a little bit more, or saving the money and choosing any other hotel. It won't be worse. "
