“My husband and I enjoyed our stay here while visiting our daughter for family weekend at Juniata College. My daughter also stayed over one night. Extremely clean and well equipped house, beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we visit her. Only slight thing to be aware of is it's a pretty long gravel road to get to the house so be aware if that's an issue for your car (it was fine for us).”

“This cute little cabin was the perfect short-get-away place to relax. We loved the decor and it was impeccably clean with well kept grounds. We were able to bring our dog and she had plenty of outdoor space to play while we sat out and read or roasted marshmallows in the firepit. This cabin was a converted shed into little-house that provided everything you need and is just a 15 min drive to Raystown Lake. “We had a really nice stay. Very cozy and comfy environment. It was so nice sitting on the swing and enjoying the huge fire pit . The deer walking by us as we enjoyed the peaceful outdoors was an added bonus.”

“This may have been one of my favorite homes to stay in the Juniata College area! We were visiting our son for Easter from Philadelphia. The house is clean, kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, glasses etc. The game room was fun. Good for young kids & older more adult kids. Location was great for our dog walks. Communication was quick with the owner or agency. Check in and out procedures were very easy & simple. Will definitely try to stay here again!! Thank you Aunt Susie!!”

“Bear’s Den is a great getaway home tucked away in the woods with a screened in patio that is great for peace and quiet, bird watching, or sipping your morning coffee. Bill and Doris showed great hospitality with communicating after booking, prior to our trip and the day we arrived.
