“We had problems reaching the property contact regarding key collection... tried emailing, phone calls and text messages, thankfully at 1:30pm while on route we received a WhatsApp message with our arrival details from business number. We arrived at 2:55pm, check in was 3pm the cleaner was still in the property so we had to go away and return at 5pm. Quickly it became apparent that the property was unsafe and not clean. “I booked this back in September, they cancelled by email less than 48 hours before we were due to go, absolutely disgraceful, with no explanation or anything. We had to then try to find somewhere to accommodate 8 people in less than two days over an Easter break. I would advise against booking this..”
