“This was a lovely clean cozy apartment with a wonderful view from the balcony.The location was ideal...a few minutes walk from the beach and lovely walks.The bus station was a short walk away and there was a shortcut through the park as you come out the side door of Copacabana.We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment.”

“Nett und modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Alles ist fußläufig innerhalb ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Mit der etwas lauten Umgebung muss man sich gewöhnen. Dafür hat man keine weiten Wege. Ein großes Lob an Olivia , sie ist sehr darum bemüht ihren Gästen alles angenehm zu gestalten.”

“When we arrived at front door of a small Spanish town we were shocked but that was down to me not reading it wasn't a tourist town but we soon got over it and enjoyed our 10 day stay with a 45 foot terrace facing the sun all day with a well equipped kitchen.it would have been nice if it had UK TV or even Netflix when we came home at night but we survived.They did have good security and underground parking if you needed it so thumbs up”

“Spacious, clean and comfortable penthouse flat with large balcony which gets the sun virtually all day. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. However, there were several inaccuracies in the listing info: VRBO listing states, 'pool/spa with fence around the pool'. Neither the pool, spa or fence seem to exist, VRBO listing for car parking states, 'on site options, including garage' There is no garage and 'on site options' means hunting for scarce road parking or paying for expensive...

“We had a great stay. Carmelo helped really quickly whenever we had a problem. The stove was broken and he replaced it immediately. Arinaga is really nice and the apartment well located. You can go swimming a few meters opposite. The terrace is great although the wall is a bit high and so you only have the great sea view when standing.”

“Hat alles gepasst, saubere, geräumige Wohnung, schöner Pool. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass man auf kurzem Fußweg entlang der Küste schnell zum schön angelegten Yachthafen Rubicon gelangt. Die Alarmanlage schaltet man aus, indem man den runden Chip (liegt auf dem Schaltkästchen) kurz an das Zahnradsymbol in der Mitte des Kästchens hält. Zum "Scharfmachen" das Symbol oben links auf dem Kästchen drücken. Das wurde bei den Unterlagen im Vorfeld etwas unklar beschrieben (auf Englisch).”

“Ha sido un mes fantástico y el apartamento ha tenido mucho que ver con ello por su ubicación y completa equipación. Cada invierno pasamos una temporada en la isla. Hemos visto muchos apartamentos y este ha sido, con mucho, el mejor. Quienes pretendan alejarse de la vorágine turística de Maspalomas-Playa del Ingles, Arinaga y este apartamento son la selección mas adecuada. No tengo ninguna duda. Muchas gracias por todo Francisco. “Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr großzügig geschnitten ung gemütlich eingerichtet. Leider liegt des Appartement etwas außerhalb und man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an die Vermieterin Frau Pieck, die uns bei einem Stromausfall schnell und kompetent geholfen hat.”
