"Just back from a week's stay, big hotel but you never get the feeling of being crowded. Our room had a kitchenette, which had enough equipment to make simple dinners & breakfasts. No air conditioning in the room, but not a problem as was cool in evenings/overnight. The staff were very helpful - overall a great place to stay in a nice part of Tenerife."

The area is safe to move around and the restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. I loved that the supermarket was only 2mins away and open until 9/ 10pm in the evenings. "I saw a few negative reviews when I booked but decided to chance it. I'm glad I did. I don't have anything negative to say. Room was clean and spacious (we had the triple room) . Bathroom was clean. Kitchen was good. Rooftop terrace was cute. Whole place was cute, actually. I'm not sure about how good the location is because we had a short stay and didn't explore the area, but proximity to airport is perfect and parking was easy to find."
