My family & I love this hotel.Great restaurants around …it’s safe…the staff is great,We’ve been coming here for 10 yrs.No need to take a taxi anywhere you can walk everywhere.If you travel with a big family they have a suite with 2 rooms & a living room with fridge which is perfect.

Perfect location. Great breakfast! The BEST customer service provided by the staff. The Hotel is beautiful outside. However, the rooms and bathrooms need an update and definitely new towels! The towels provided look like floor rags.

The room was great! Big bed, big shower. The hotel is located in el zocalo so it’s close to everything you need including several great restaurants. The pool was clean and refreshing and the included breakfast was tasty

We enjoyed our stay, the room was comfortable and clean as was the rest of the hotel. The pool area was a little bit on the smaller side but relaxing. Breakfast is included and it was very good. It’s walking distance to the malecón and there are a lot of food options as well. I would stay here again.

This place is in walking distance to the Malecon which is the main strip. Literally 2 blocks away. It’s quiet, it had a nice little bar with a great bartender (Luis) that knows his drinks. He’s super friendly, and gives you recommendations for dinning. Great place to stay. This was our second time here. I love it!

I really liked the hotel, it is in a very good location and the pressure is very good, the room smells very clean, everything is very clean and in very good condition, only that the bed is a little hard and in the rooms on the ground floor From the street side you can hear a lot of noise and I couldn't sleep well, but otherwise the services are excellent and the staff is very friendly.
