“Great location. Great home. Pictures don’t do it justice - family that arrived before us called while we were a few miles out and said to go ahead get ready to be surprised. My in-laws rented the property next door which was super convenient for our large family and we had plenty of room. It made for a trip we won’t forget. So much fun. Being able to walk to St Armands Circle was the icing on the cake. Beautiful beach, pool, amenities..too much to list. We look forward to booking this property...

“We stayed at The Pirate House while in Sarasota for our destination wedding. I cannot say enough about this house as it fit all of our needs perfectly! The fact that each bedroom had it's own en suite bathroom was very convenient for us as well as our family that stayed with us. We were very impressed with all the unique and high end features in this home, which made leaving even more difficult than it already was! All of us kept saying "they thought of everything" as in the house is stocked...

“We had a great stay at Julie's property on Lido Key. Leading up to our visit, Julie was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Everything on the property was as-advertised and we especially loved the pool! Perfect location with a very short walk to public beach access and St. Armand's. The house itself was very clean, our only (small) complaint was that the outdoor furniture on the lanai was very dirty and really needed to be wiped down to sit on it. Otherwise we had a great trip and...

“Our getaway to this brand-new beach house on Lido Key was nothing short of awesome! It has a super cool coastal vibe, and stepping inside felt like walking into a Pinterest dream. The living areas were huge, and we all loved the big windows letting in the Florida sunshine. The beds were like fluffy clouds and there were 8 bedrooms so that everyone had their own space and ensuite bathroom. Total win. The game room was also a fave for us!
