The shower was big and had a good water flow.For a week stay, more towels would be appreciated. The neighborhood is very walkable and has restaurants nearby. I would recommend the apartment”

“This is a very cute place tucked away in Granite Bay. The neighborhood is very pretty with many beautiful homes under large Oak Trees and large rock outcroppings. Stephanie is an exceptional host making sure all our needs were meant.”

“New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville.”

“Perfect for us. We basically just needed a place to sleep.very comfortable, great shower and loved patio in front. No kitchen but did have coffee maker, microwave and frig. That was all we needed. Quiet at night and beds were very comfortable. Very clean and decorated very nicely.”

“We stayed here because we wanted to be close to the Golden 1 Center, perfect little place in a nice neighborhood, only about 20 minutes walking to Golden 1 so it was perfect”

“It's a nice old flat. The unit is the end apt. in like a 6 apt. house and edges on the street and an alley that is like a street. So, for privacy, I'd keep the curtains closed and didn't get the wonderful light in the picture. You get a parking pass for the street, but parking can be challenging so give yourself extra time. The kitchen was big and well equipped; it's great to have a washer and dryer, but the dryer is very noisy so don't plan on going to sleep with it running.”

“The unit is in good condition, with up-to-date appliances, and is cute and comfortable. Some appliances, like the touch-sensor kitchen faucet and lamps in the bedroom were slightly baffling at first, but we got used to them. The wall mounted smart TV is HUGE. It's in sort of a "mixed-use" neighborhood, which has a little bit of a weird vibe, but it's really quiet at night, which is a plus. Our only complaints: the King bed takes up most of the bedroom space and ends up being a bit awkward to...

“Great location! Everything is in such close proximity to the loft:) we stayed specifically for the Kings games at golden 1 center. We didn’t even rent a car. Short Uber rides everywhere. The DOCO has a lot to offer but I was pleased with the places walking distance from the loft. The temple for coffee. Cantina alley is fun and “The Sandwich Spot” always hits the spot. Definitely recommend”

“Perfectly located and perfectly appointed, the Penthouse on Sutter is our favorite spot!! This was our 3rd annual trip to Folsom and we LOVE coming to this penthouse. The rooftop lounge area is our favorite!!!”
