"Very convenient for those needing Baptist Hospital services. Room was clean and comfortable. They had free popcorn and cookies when we arrived."

"I was very disappointed in this hotel stay for several reasons. 1. The bed was so high above the floor, even with my wife and I NOT being short people, we had to "climb up" into the bed everytime. 2. There were no cups for the coffee maker nor in the bathroom. 3. Neither of the 2 phones in the room worked, so I couldn't even call the front desk about getting cups brought to the room, I had to go downstairs to and get them myself. 4. The hallway going to our room smelled like old rotten...

"My wife has allergies, we asked for an allergy friendly room, we were told they don’t have them. It worked out okay, while I support pet friendly accommodations they need to remember there are those who have allergies."

"As always I enjoy each time I stay here. This is by far the best hotel. The staff here are above and beyond friendly and I love the fact that they remember me so it saves a lot of time when checking. I enjoy being greeted by the staff here. They are more like family. That's how much Ive stayed here. They are great the rooms are perfect. "
