Beach paradise
My wife and I just completed a perfect stay at this beach front property. My wife even said when we entered the room “she was never leaving”. The location, view and surrounding area was just as advertised. The communication and follow-up from the property manager was excellent! We look forward to returning soon!!

I happen to be walking to the beach as we go through the properties every six weeks and make an action list of anything needs to be taken care of and I heard Randy's wife on the balcony talking to a friend saying I don't wanna leave. They were absolutely delightful. You would be lucky to have them as a client.

Beautiful view
Our stay was only one night because we decided to extend our honeymoon an extra day due to having rain almost our whole week in Florida. The place was a little smaller than we expected, but for just the two of us, that was OK. It was nicely decorated and had a beautiful view of the Gulf. We spent a little time sitting on the beach (most of what you need...chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. are in the unit), went to dinner at the Lazy Lobster & watched the sunset (even though it was a cloudy one) from the balcony. It is a nice area, though we weren't there long enough to do much exploring. Communication with Jim was good & his responses were quick.

Beautiful condo with absolutely everything you need for the perfect day @ the beach! The condo was beautifully decorated and spotless. We were right on the beach with an amazing view! It is located in a quiet area with very few people on the beach. We had a very relaxing & fantastic week, I don’t think it could of been any better. Jim Z made everything easy with great communication.

Marvelous Beach Front Condo

VERY CLEAN 100% OCEAN VIEW. YOU CAN SEE DOWN THE BEACH IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. THE WATER IS CRYSTAL CLEAR. THE CONDO IS REALLY DECORATED NICE. Paradise a/k/a our Beach week
Paradise for a week on a beautiful stretch of turquoise water and sand, mostly due to our unit’s owner, Jim’s, attention to decor, furnishings, kitchen paraphernalia (I cook) and total unit cleanliness. Great vacation
We had a great time. Longboat Key is now our favorite destination. The veaches were beautiful and not crowded. The water was crystal clear. We saw an abundance of wildlife. Our condo was very clean and well appointed with a great view and our host, Jim Zilli ,was awesome. He made the process easy, offered great tips and was in constant communication to make sure we had a great stay. Thanks Jim.

Amazing condo on Longboat Key!
We loved our stay at this property. Everything was above our expectations- from the condition of the unit to the awesome location right on the beach to amazing views. Zill Tower 503-great vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this condo right on the beach. Zilli Tower 503 is on the top floor of this small resort, and the floor to ceiling windows provided a beautiful view each day. I loved opening the slider doors as soon as we woke up and hearing the gulf-immediate sense of relaxation. This unit overlooks the small lawn, two pavilions for guest use (important to us because I don’t want to spend hours in the sun), and then nothing but views of the private beach and the water. We walked along the beach everyday and this intimate resort seemed to have the best beach access-just walk out your door and it’s there. The unit itself was roomy for us, clean, attractively decorated, had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. Jim, the owner sent out a packet with all the information needed to enjoy a stay on Long Boat Key as well as lots of suggestions of what to do and see and where to eat on LBK and in the Sarasota area if you want to do more than relax on the beach. We went to several of the suggested attractions and restaurants and enjoyed them all. He also texted a day or two after arrival to see if all was perfect. It was.

Carmen is so correct closest properties to the water anywhere within 100 feet of the sand and of course this is a fifth floor penthouse rare on longboat key. She was awesome.

We loved our stay. The view was wonderful (we spent a lot of time on the balcony complete with brand new, comfy furniture). The condo was super clean, the grounds well maintained by a nice staff. Host Jim Z went above and beyond in communications and fixed a very minor problem within the hour. You can’t find a better value on Longboat. We look forward to a return visit.

End of the Summer Trip
The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It had a great view from the balcony. The beach was beautiful. The only downside was the hotel was having some repair work at the time that we had to maneuver around on the main level. Which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Longboat Key vacation
The beaches on Longboat Key are some of the best Florida has to offer. The Turtle Crawl property was possibly constructed in the 1970’s and consists of one main building (floors 1-5) and over time numerous detached rental structures have been added. The property’s gulf coast location is “primo”! I recommend the structures on the property be ascetically remodeled to maintain the architectural standards for a property located on Longboat Key. The week I visited, exterior stucco repairs were in progress on the main structure. However, construction workers were not present during my stay. To acquire keys to the unit, you must enter the property’s front office. The office space hasn’t been updated & looks a bit unorganized and haphazard. The staff was friendly & helpful enough. To access the upper floors of the building, there is an operable elevator, but the floor buttons can be contrary. Be patient or take the stairs. Upon entering the unit as advertised, it is decorated tastefully and has an impeccable 5th floor view! A few yards below, the property has wonderful beach accessibility. The unit offers amenities such as beach umbrellas, ice chests & beach towels for guest’s use. I found these items very helpful. The unit is advertised to accommodate 6 people. However, after my stay, I would reevaluate the 1-bedroom unit to accommodate no more than 2-adults and 2-small children. The bedroom’s square footage is too small to accommodate 2-queen beds. Therefore, there is no room to walk around the beds or adequately access the closet. A kingsize bed would better accommodate the space offered. The mattresses are ‘saggy’ and are in need of an upgrade for comfort. There is a sleeper sofa available, I suspect it would be best for 2-small children vs adults. The kitchen is equipped adequately except, it does not have a dishwasher. There is plenty of hot water when taking a shower. It’s close to scalding temperature…I’d consider turning down the water heater. Do take caution if traveling with small children. One security concern, the lock on the sliding glass patio door is ‘persnickety’ and the latch doesn’t engage well. This requires some maintenance. The HVAC filter was dirty and in need of a change. Overall, the unit did not appear as being Covid clean or sanitized. During our stay, we incurred a cleaning fee, so I have standards and expectations. I I recommend cleaning inspections between guest’s scheduled stays.

Very comfortable beds, very responsive owner gave us tips on where to eat while there too! Perfect week visiting our son in Sarasota! Close to everything! Beachfront was awesome and quiet, plenty of chairs to use, umbrellas, towels! Pool was nice too. We will be back!!! Loved it!!

In addition to having the best owner/manager we could hope for (Jim Zilli/Zilli Management), the top floor unit is nicely appointed, very clean and has a perfect view of the private beach and the ocean. Paradise awaited us
This beautiful condo sit on a lovely beach a short distance from the Gulf of Mexico. Great place to sit on balcony and view the sunsets. Inside everything is first class. Beautifully decorated and offering everything you need to have a great vacation The owner stays in contact with you throughout your stay sending you places to eat and thing to do in the area. If any problems come up he deal with them promptly, always thinking of the next group that will come in after your visit. When I left several shirts in the closet on check out, I called him and he contacted the cleaners and had them sent to me so I wouldn’t have to make a trip back to get them. We’ll definitely be back. Loved this Condo

Five star all the way
We couldn’t have been more pleased with choosing this property for our vacation. It was five-star all the way. The condo was beautiful, quiet and well equipped. The decor was contemporary and sophisticated. Nothing was overlooked. Above all, it had a 180 degree view of the gulf, fronted by a large private beach. Never were there more than a dozen groups of couples and families on the beach at any time. From our 5th floor unit we felt we had the best of everything, including the most beautiful sunsets we’ve seen anywhere. Our host Jim went above and beyond in every measure. He was caring, helpful and always responsive. His goal was to make us customers for life, and he succeeded. Can’t wait to go back.

Incredible Longboat Key Condo
My wife and I have vacationed in the Anna Maria / Longboat Key area for years. I have to say, this was the best unit we have ever rented. From the 5th story incredible view, our condo was beautifully decorated and came with everything you need. It was extremely clean too. The owner really cares and it shows. He even sends a text to personally make sure everything is perfect. That's a first for any place we have ever rented. We will rent again for sure.

Our week at this location was wonderful. As soon as we walked in and saw no wicker, we knew the owner had invested in solid furniture for our comfort. The condo was tastefully and efficiently appointed from furniture to linens to shower. The location was perfect for long walks on the beach and a wide variety of restaurants with outdoor seating. We would love to return here.

What a fabulous property and experience! The unit is spotless and beautifully updated and decorated. We were thrilled that it exceeded the photos. The view though - awesome 5th floor vista over the white sands and gulf. What better place to watch the sunset than the balcony with the lapping waves as soundtrack? The balcony is also totally private with no view of neighboring units and is framed by a wide lanai sliding door. The grounds are lovely with plentiful lounge chairs on the beach. Jim is terrific to work with and very responsive. Check in and check it were a breeze too. We can’t wait to return!

Slice of Paradise
This was our very time to the Longboat Key area. We loved every minute of our stay and had a hard time leaving and almost stayed an extra night. Our rental was on the top floor was spotless. You could tell that the owner takes great care of this place. The pool was nice and heated. Was great to jump in the pool after jumping in the crystal clear Gulf water. Next time we'll definitely stay a full week.

Great place and great value!!
Jim's place was very comfortable with an amazing view and is very nicely decorated and well kept. Definitely a cut or two above other available rentals in the area for similar price. His follow up and helpfulness during my stay was great. He made everything really easy. I wish I had more time to stay as I only had 4 nights and could have easily spent twice that time and more at his place!

Rudy very appreciative you noticed a difference in the product as far as Decour that's porcelain flooring from Italy not 50 year old flooring or cheap vinyl everything is custom fabricated and it was a seamless experience with you and I enjoyed working with you. I hope I get the opportunity again
