Exceeded Expectations!
Great place to stay! Very clean, stocked and we really appreciated the view from the room. Sergy was communicative and the staff at Turtle Crawl Inn were very helpful. Exceptionally well maintained and comfortable. Thanks for letting us stay. Our only disappointment was not staying longer! We will be back.

We had a great time at this location. Easy to get to other sites we were interested in. Nice that it was so close to the beach and grocery store. Staff was available when questions arose. We will return for another stay!

Gulf Haven
It has all the things we look for. A balcony with a great view of the gulf, on the beach and close to good food and shopping. Our agent stayed in touch. In all it was a great 4 weeks of vacation.

It was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were easy access, and the beach was just a short walk from your room. The rooms were fully stocked with everything you needed, including umbrella for the beach. Just a suggestion… You have to take their chairs down to the beach and return them afterwards. It would be nicer if the Resort would place the chairs out in the morning and return them in the evening. It would’ve been easier for the elderly or people with health issues because it’s hard to walk in the sand for some.

This was the perfect spot for a few days on the ocean. We loved the open concept with the kitchen area and absolutely gorgeous views from our balcony. We hope to be back in November.

BEAUTIFUL
This property has a great location and wonderful views. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean (I found NO signs of mold). The AC works great! They have new mattresses (very comfortable) but they need fitted sheets that have deep pockets. The sheet kept falling off. I was told by the staff that new sheets have been ordered. Overall everything was really nice.

Wonderful views. Small pool but we had it all to ourselves. Older building that was getting maintenance work done. Unit was as pictured. Just some wear and tear. In a quiet area. Several restaurants within a 15 minute drive.

Fabulous location!
Sergey did a fabulous job renovating this property. The living room was very comfortable to hang out in the few nights we stayed in and ordered dinner. The kitchen had been completely redone with nice new appliances and cabinetry. The views and sunsets are breathtaking off of the terrace. I would stay here again!

The site on the beach is great. Quiet and not crowded. However the bedroom is full of mold. Particularly the air co diction in good unit and the closet. We left early because my spouse is allergic and had a horrible reaction. We had to send all clothes we hung in the closet to the cleaners to remove the stench. Surely there is something to remedy this problem. I told the front desk person about the problem and she ignored me when we left on Tuesday. We were supposed to leave on Thursday. I want a refund however I am not expecting to get it.

Dear Jennie, I just want you to know that everything you mentioned in your review wasn't true. You did not complain about the mold during your 3 nights stay and only mention it when you left. The office manager wanted to assist you and asked you to check the apartment together. But you refuse to show him the evidence of mold. The manager called me right after you left and we checked the entire apartment and found no trace of mould or even odor. We updated this apartment a year ago and it looks and feels fresh. You should mention that you tried to fine various excuses to cancel your reservation before your arrival date and you left early right before Tropical Storm Nicole. We advise all our guests to contact me as soon as they arrive and inform me about any problem with the apartment. It will give as an opportunity to fix it and give the customer the best possible experience. We make every effort to keep our unit pleasant for our guests and family.

Amazing ocean view
The condo was very clean and up to date, with a beautiful view of this blue turquoise ocean seen from the living and kitchen area. Can’t say enough about the view, white sands and calm ocean! The beach is private to the condo making for a fun relaxing get away. The grounds of the condo are clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This condo is right in the middle of Longboat Key 6 1/2 miles from Anna Maria, Homes Beach, Bradenton. And on the other end Sarasota. Many restaurants, beaches and lots of shopping with a private beach stay to us a great blend. We will most definitely return

Nice place, we enjoyed our stay
Perfect size for two people and good location on Longboat Key. Too small for any more than two people. Some exterior construction work on the outside of lower floors of the building. Building is old but the interior of our unit was updated and very comfortable.

Long Boat Key Destination Wedding
This is the second time that I have returned to this property (owned by Sergey) and it did not disappoint! The location on the strip and proximity to the beach make it the perfect place to stay on Long Boat Key. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering it and looking for a clean and convenient place to stay.

Winter get away
The unit was in great condition. The kitchen was fully stocked. Mattress on 1 queen bed needs to be replace, along with a brighter light over the kitchen sink. Other than that we were very happy and will be back next year

I especially appreciated the walk in shower instead of a bath tub since I am recuperating from a broken leg. Made life easier. Office staff was quick with a replacement for a broken coffee maker. View was lovely! Only negative was a hot mattress.

I literally Can’t say one bad thing about this place. The condo was exactly as advertised, the beds are cozy and has extra pillows! Pull out couches so there is more sleeping room. In my opinion this is perfect for a family with little kids, the beach is a minute or two walk from the unit, it’s always such an ordeal getting to any beach in Florida during high travel times especially with little ones and all the stuff you have to pack to go, so we got to enjoy the beach so much more because there was no hassle that comes with going to it. The pool is also close, and it’s heated. The condo is updated and looks super nice and the owner is a great guy who legit answered all my questions and concerns within minutes. The condo staff was nice and we were able to check in early, so don’t hesitate to ask for an early check in because they jump on cleaning it right away! They have a lot of things you need to cook in the condo too. It was clean, and I really don’t know how anyone could say otherwise. I cant Say enough good things about this unit and experience. We will be back. Oh and the area is safe and quiet and there are things to do close by. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the sunset views are gorgeous. Surgey is a great host.

Furnshings need to be replaced. Sore backs from sitting on the broken down sofa. Dishwasher has to be wheeled to sink and attached to use it. Drains in kitchen and bathroom sink barely emptied. Cocroaches present, told manager, reply was "that's good to know". Floor was so dirty we had to wear shoes continuously, or feet and socks would be black. Unable to block light outside bedroom window. Need two remotes to operate TV. This condo is in need of serious upgrade and cleaning.

Dear Carol, I live just 5 minutes away. You could get in touch with me and I would take care of most of your complaints. During pandemic we pay double for enhance cleaning and never had any complaints. We invest a lot last year in renovation and our goal is to keep the unit in the best condition.

We had a great time. The condo was just as advertised. I enjoyed nice walks every morning and we ate out each night at a different restaurant. It was very quiet here. There were very few people staying at Turtle Crawl Inn these days. The beach was beautiful and the weather perfect. What more could you ask for!
