Great location and very clean!
Easy access to the beach. Entire facility was clean and well taken care of. Location was great for a quiet getaway. Loved that it was away from the packed beaches but a short and easy drive to St. Armond’s Circle one way and Bradenton Beach the other way. Staff was very friendly!

Birthday trip
The unit is nice. The beach and pool are fabulous! The bed is comfortable and the unit is quiet. The lady in the office is really great. No complaints or issues.

30th Anniversary
Overall our trip was amazing. Saw dolphins and manatees each day. Weather was amazing. Unit was fine for our quick two night stay. Garbage was left in kitchen and had knats all in it. That wasnt pleasant but didnt ruin anything and property manager was very apologetic and offered to buy us breakfast.

Holiday vacation
It’s the first time we stayed in this unit, we’ve stayed at SS many many times, great place. It reads 4 can sleep in the unit but it will accommodate only 3 people. It has a king size bed and a futon -almost twin size. A couple cannot sleep in this futon. It has 2 rattan swing chairs which occupy most of the living room. I understand the ringling bros theme but a lighter color decor would be a better choice.

Dated but acceptable
Small but comfortable. Bed was comfortable and clean. AC was turned down and cool and room was very clean upon arrival. Ground clean. Beach accessories available and convenient. Shuffle board and putt putt were nice and accessories available for all. Pool was clean and accommodating. Cons..ceilings are low. Hit hands on ceiling fan several times taking off shirt. Couch futon definitely WOULD NOT be comfortable to sleep on. Sliding door hard to open and close due to rust I’m assuming. Fridge seems older and rusted in surface areas but worked perfectly fine.

Excellent customer service from the front desk.
Would definitely stay again. Planning to return with additional family. Very clean and the grounds were kept immaculate. Definitely a great place to stay. The pool and the area around it was very well kept. Can’t say enough. Very happy with the stay.

Wild Sands 252
The property is older but the location on the second floor with a tremendous view of the pool and Gulf makes this unique. The unit could use some updating with a newer couch and the basket chairs are a bit hard to get up from. Again, the view overcomes any shortfalls. Also,Margaret the Manager was marvelous.

Excellent Resort
This condo is in an excellent, well-run resort, on a beautiful, uncrowded beach. The view is gorgeous from the large balcony, and the bed is extremely comfortable with lovely bedding. We enjoyed the huge pool, and beautiful grounds. The ice maker didn't work, but when I inquired about an ice tray at the front office, Margaret dashed out and came back with a bag of ice for us. Wow! She was top-notch! Unfortunately, we didn't find the furniture in the unit comfortable, at all. We had to use folding camp chairs that we keep in the car.

Nice condo that overlooks the pool, and beyond, the Gulf.
Great condo, 2nd floor unit. We were there for the weekend to attend a wedding and this unit was fine for what we needed. The balcony is screened, overlooking the pool and the Gulf, which is only a few steps away. We had a problem with a slow shower drain, and let the property manager (who was very friendly) know when we checked out.

Great location, bad bed
The view from the unit was beautiful. The beach was outstanding. I was disappointed in the bed. It actually dipped in the middle. The mattress should be replaced. It should have been replaced a long time ago along with the bedding. The decor was not my taste but it's not my place, so to each his own. The location sells this spot.

Just what we needed
This property was great for a quick weekend getaway. Only issue was that about as soon as we got there my 3 year old shattered the glass on the living room coffee table. It was a loose sheet of non-tempered glass that he barely leaned on and it broke. Of course we feel responsible, but I consider this a safety issue with it not being secured or tempered. Otherwise the place was filled with cute decor that my kids loved! Pool and beach access were great. Would rent again and just remove the glass upon arrival.

No toilet
We didnt have a working toilet for 16 hours. Afterhour maintenance did pick up but Ryans emergency took another 5 hours to get a plumber there.

A well needed break
Very nice property right off the beach. We would stay here again. A note to future guests... this is a self service property. You will need to use the coin operated laundry to wash your towels, sheets, etc.

Honeymoon!
We came here on our honeymoon and feel in love with this place and the beaches! Very quiet and the room was very clean! The bed was so soft i was right to sleep every time i got in the bed and the balcony/porch was great with the screened in porch! We will definitely be back!

Great spot for privacy on the beach. No local parking available so everyone on beach lives there or renting. No walking distance shops and bars. But other than that…it was perfect 🤗

Staying in Paradise
The title tells all-PARADISE! Our balcony view was amazing of the pool and the ocean front. We had all meals on the balcony with a great breeze from the multiple palm trees. The cleaning crew was daily and an abundance of towels. Checking in and out was very easy as we arrived after 5 and left before 9:00. We are booked for next year!! Thanks for a trip to disconnect and relax!!

Not a futon
The futon is actually a sleeper sofa that should be replaced. The owner has a larger mattress on it which helps for comfort, but it is near impossible to fold away in the morning, and the bottom end slopes downward because the legs do not seem to work properly. We contacted the office & they are aware, offered to assist with folding the sofa, but ultimately it is the individual owner’s choices. Aside from this, the property was very clean, updated & the staff were wonderful! We enjoyed the stay immensely!

Great Experience- Highly Recommended
We love the fact that the condo was located on the beach which was also private. Especially with the COVID-19 crisis we were able to really enjoy the beach without the crowd of a public beach. Check in and out was simple and very convenient (contact less) which was a plus. Completed all the paperwork online and by email. The VRBO app also made it easy to get information such as local restaurants. The condo was clean and neatly decorated. I only wish the description would have mention that the kitchen comes fully furnished with all the essentials (dish ware, pots, blender, toaster, etc).

Great spot, questionable room value.
This is our third trip. Phenomenal beach and sunsets, beautiful pool and grounds and highly maintained grills and recreation. However, the room's gaudy circus and clown decor, metallic gold paint, poor bedroom mattress, and low grade soap and toiletry offerings will make us reconsider other options at this price.

RVA and it's affiliated properties were disappointed to read this guests' recent review of our Silver Sands property. We assure all guests our soap and toiletry offerings are standard hotel-grade for a complimentary environment. And as each unit is privately owned the decor and offerings are subject to the owners discretion. This particular unit features a nod to our local circus heritage; and while the circus decor might not be everyone's taste we encourage guests to review all unit photos before selecting their accommodations. We pride ourselves on accurately portraying our units as they appear to avoid any surprises upon arrival.
