Another great NYE weekend
This is our 4th or 5th stay in this beautiful apartment. The owner & team take great care of the home and keep adding improvements every time we visit. Amazing location, right on the beach. Can't wait to visit again next year!

This condo was perfect for our trip to Longboat Key! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We even saw dolphins! The furnishings were clean and the bed was comfortable. The property was right on the water and chairs and umbrellas were provided, which was definitely a plus! The property management company was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

The place had everything we needed. Beach umbrella, beach chairs, etc. super clean, all appliances and AC worked as it should, easy check in process, plenty of parking. Quiet area.

Wonderful girl getaway
What a wonderful place to stay the grounds are beautiful it is so quiet peaceful it feels almost home and you like it your private beach and your private residence. Everyone that you there the staff and even the gas were so wonderful and it seemed like everybody had been there many years in a row. That tells you something about a place when people return year after year.

The best…
This is our third year spending new years in Sergey’s beautiful apartment. We love this property for its central location, steps to a gorgeous beach, and this beautiful apartment. It’s super clean, well maintained, and has everything you need for a great stay.

Beautiful with a few issues
Gorgeous view and beach. Pool was lovely. Located right in middle of long boat. Flew in used Uber. Trolley no longer runs and too far to walk most places. Grocery is 2 miles. Hard to get Uber sometimes. Need to have car. Our fault. Bathroom needs update and whole place needs deep cleaning. Couch had some nasty stain. Construction work was being done on building. Very loud and echoed until 6pm. Manager rude when called. All in all I would stay again and hope that management does better job with cleaning and friendliness.

George, OnDemand by Sarasota County is the area's on-demand transportation service like Uber. Any commute on Longboat Key, St. Armands Circle, with many restaurants and shops, or downtown Sarasota costs only $2. Just download the application, and you can be without a car. I checked the coach and didn't see any stains or other problems. Please send me the photo if you have it.

Beautiful views!
Entering the property and seeing the view of the beach was stunning. Everything was perfect inside. We have stayed at 100's of places over the years but this property and the views are our all-time favorite. The location was perfect for walks on the beach, patio views of the sunset, nearby restaurants and family within easy drive. The beach chairs and noodles for a swim were an extra pleasure! We will absolutely return!

Location is perfect, walk right out back patio onto beach. Beach was beautiful, quiet and basically empty. Condo itself was updated and clean for the most part. The building itself is dated and in need of some repairs.

Was a very peaceful stay up until the last night people above us were very noisy, loud music and jumping over our heads, but prior to that it was excellent. On the water, no bug issues at the condo, girls at the front desk friendly, polite and helpful. Easy check in and out, great location. We will definitely stay here again. The Maddox family

Longboat Key was great
The condo was great, right on the beach with easy access. The location in Longboat Key was very nice, a lot of privacy but with shopping, restaurants, within close driving range (10 minutes or so). We will definitely try to come back to this location in the future.

Second year in a row—loved our experience again!
We spent three nights over New Years at this property for the second year in a row. Super clean, comfortable, & has everything you need. Beach is steps away and the pool is great. Management onsite is very helpful and fresh towels are lovely. Location on Longboat is perfect for adventures north or south. Covid note: We wore masks on the elevator and on walkways as Omicron is very prevalent right now. We saw very few masks anywhere in the area.

Just returned from a great stay in 301. The unit is exactly as shown in the pictures with plenty of room for two of us. The complex was clean and quiet with a helpful staff and a wonderful beach. A great place for families, seniors, and everyone in between. Will definitely be back!

I did enjoy this condo, however there are just a few things that would make it just a little better. One is more light in the bedroom and the other is more dish rags and towels, maybe some oven mitts as well.

What an amazing time at Turtle Crawl!!! So let me start by saying that I know this area well... My favorite beaches are Coquina and Bradenton. My mom has never been to the gulf coast so I knew this would be a great spot. We did a girls trip with her, myself and my 6 yr old daughter. Turtle crawl is super chill, very low key and quiet. It's perfect if you just want to enjoy the beach and low key vibe of longboat key. The front desk was more than helpful and everything was in the condo that we needed, even a cooler! If you aren't into ordering from instacart, there is a Publix and CVS not a mile down the road. The condo is directly on the beach and there are chairs and umbrellas available! They even had a HUGE tub of beach toys for the kids !!! We had plenty of room, everything was very clean and organized well for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for anything you could need! Condo is in awesome proximity to restaurants while being far enough from anything busy. We will absolutely be back!!

The view of the gulf simply can’t get any better. The room was exactly what we thought it would be .... simple, clean, perfectly suited for the two of us. My only comments are meant to be constructive and deal with little details; ceiling fans would be awesome, more glassware (juice, cocktail), consider a couple of chairs vs the love seat, entry door jam is cracked (looks like someone tried to kick it in when it was dead bolted), the neighbors porch light is bright at night through our entry door, TV was a constant challenge (guest mode required frequent updates, found ourselves leaving it on when we were away so we didn’t have to hassle with it). Would absolutely stay again!!

Perfect vacation spot
Smaller building, quiet, very nice and comfortable. Walk right out to the beach, beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves, lots of walking paths and close to restaurants and parks. Loved it!

We had several requirements for our stay on Long Boat Key. This condo hit them all. While not new, the condo is just as advertised. The view is worth every penny with a large balcony and full walllof glass windows to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico. The staff is very friendly. The grounds caretaker is meticulous. We loved being steps from the sand and a quick access to the pool. The gas grills and picnic pavilions were handy and well kept. Plenty of beach chairs and beach/ pool towels. Condo is on quiet, no traffics part of the island. Thanks Sergey for your timely communication!

We want to thank all of the personnel from Sergey, office and grounds staff for making our stay so enjoyable! They are all top notch and super accommodating and friendly! The condo was as pictured and the beach is lovely and quiet exceeding our expectations! Having said that there are a few issues we need to address...the beds had a weird wood frame w/ends that stick out hidden under bed spread. We both were seriously bruised when we ran into them...It was painful and I had a huge knot on my leg and other smaller bruises. I had to buy a new long dress to attend a beach wedding because my legs looked so bad I couldn't wear the shorter one I purchased for this event! I wasn't comfortable wearing shorts either. There were tiny ants on floor most mornings when we got up then they would disappear quickly? Bathroom needs some updating. Sink faucet was not secured and floor and rug needed good cleaning and rusty shower rod should be replaced. Didn't know this smoking was allowed on property...couldn't enjoy sitting on balcony w/smokers all around us some days and so close! My husband woke up w/strange bites/rash all over him. He slept in bed closest to window? We mostly loved the beach and location and friendliness of staff. These issues need to be addressed asap , Thank you

Thank you for staying in our beautiful condo. Our bathroom was totally renovated 7 months ago. Thank you for letting us know that the sink faucet was loose and the shower rod is rusty (It was just 7 months old). We fix it and changed it right away. We always ask our guests to let us know about any problems so we can correct them immediately.  The floor in the bedroom is not dirty, it' s color of the tiles looks like this probably, it's called "distressed wood". The bedroom set is very new (and expensive) and the frames have that typical style. Nobody has complained about this before. The condo management does pest control every 2 weeks and no ants or other animals should be in the rooms. Maybe guests leave some food and the ants come from the outside. We asked the management to check it more carefully. We are sorry that your husband had some bites, but he got this from being outside in the evenings, as there could be mosquitos and little pesky flies that do bite. Sometimes the small mosquitoes are in the grass area in the evening hours and can bite people. Everybody needs to protect the skin from this, we recommend an anti-mosquito spray.   Our condo is absolutely no smoking. Noone allows smoking even on the balcony. Probably some of the neighboring guests broke the rules. Thank you again for staying in our condo!

Don’t go during property demo
Demo and remodeling done on the two condos below us last 2 days of our trip. Ruined our trip. Couldn’t stay in the room because of the jack hammers working inside the rooms and couldn’t enjoy the beach outside because of jack hammering on the balconies. Talked to property manager and they were unaware of scheduled work being done.

If you want Gulf front, condo 301 is outstanding! Check-in was a breeze and the front desk women are very responsive to your needs like more towels and toiletries. We would recommend this property wholeheartedly! And we will plan on coming back here in the future.

The view was breathtaking the second we opened the door! The property is small and well maintained. The staff we came in contact with were very polite and helpful. The condo was exactly as it is in the pictures and the description. Hopefully we'll be able to stay here another week next summer!

Can't say enough about this property. Beautifully decorated, everything is new. The views are breathtaking and the condo is convenient to everything the Island has to offer. Steps to the beach and very private and quiet when relaxing in the condo. Owner is very responsive and ensures every little detail is covered. We will definitely return.
