Falls Park is a five minute walk, the Swamp Rabbit Trail is two blocks away, the baseball stadium is a 15 minute walk, and Gather GVL is an easy ten minute walk. The condo is exactly as described (and pictured), and very nicely equipped for a stay. If in Greenville again, this will surely be on the top of my search list.”

“The location & comfort of this townhouse was exactly what I needed for a 3 day basketball tournament. It is a few minutes outside of the main city but was very close to the tournament facility. The layout of the townhouse made it great for me to have quiet space while the 3 teens I had could relax & good off after the games. So much better than a hotel & restaurants.
