“My husband and I brought our future Aggie to CS for the weekend to attend his new student conference. This condo was perfect for the three of us. It was very clean, conveniently located, and comfortable. Nicely decorated and a great place to stay. Highly recommend!”

“What a cute, comfortable townhouse! My husband, 2 adult children and I stayed here for 1 night for my younger son's graduation. Very clean and comfortable. We walked to and from the bars at Northgate at night. The 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms makes it a perfect place for a group of friends or 2 couples. There's a nice backyard area you could have a pregame get-together also. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Property was clean. If it’s busy parking can be an issue. Not allowed to park in front of unit. Price seemed to be good then you find out they charge an astronomical price for cleaning. If it’s your last choice it’s ok. No real extras. Definitely been at more welcoming properties.”

“This condo is located about 15 minutes from Texas A&M University. The condo and property complex was very clean and well maintained. It came fully stocked and has everything one would need. The welcome book provided by the owners had useful information and the check in/out instructions were clear and concise. Great communication with the owners on accessing the property after hours.
