“We came to town for a wedding. Perfect location. Easy checkin & checkout. Host has thought of so many extra items for the guest. We would definitely stay there again in the future. Only suggestion would be to have some Solar pathway lights leading to the entry gate.”

“We loved being in the heart of Pico/Robertson. The beds are yummy. It needs a place to hang clothing. Some minor fixes are needed, for example the towel rack is not attached well to the wall and the shower knob was not properly attached. Overall, it was comfortable and feels like a garage with some upgrades. It needs more work to be a fully functional vacation rental.”

“Pros: The pictures are accurate. There were more beds than we needed. Pics showed one high chair.. there were 4. Listing stated one pack and play.. there were 3. And with infant twins all the extras were a pleasant surprise. Pool was clean. Enjoyable large space for families. (Minor) Cons: Excessive posting of house rules and city rules and rules rules rules. Floors weren’t super clean for crawling babies. Overall a very nice house and pool. Def recommend :)”

“There were three of us and we had two bedrooms with plenty of room for each of us. One of us used the inflatable mattress, which was very nice. We went to the LA Natural History Museum, the California Science Center and the African American Museum. There was so much to see, we didn't get to a lot of them! We definitely need to go back to take everything in!”

“Our group of grandparents down to grandkids were here for a wedding. We had several big teenage boys and the accommodations were great. The large room worked quite well for all of us to be together without being crowded. It is a well-equipped house and the book of information quite complete. Our previous questions were answered promptly. We enjoyed the fireworks also. There are a few minor things around the house that could be improved on but overall, it was a very pleasant stay.”

“When we arrived the house was clean and tidy, but unseasonably cold. Someone had turned the thermostat way down. We called the maintenance property manager and within an hour he delivered space heaters to make sure we were comfortable that night while waiting for the maintenance crew to repair the heat the next day. This immediately earned them a 5 star review. This attention to detail and responsiveness was exceptional. Thank you very much!”
