"The area was very safe and taken care of. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was very clean and ac was cold when we needed it. Towels were provided, key cards worked well no smoking made hotel smell pleasant. Breakfast was fair. I would definitely book again if I had the opportunity. "

"My stay was amazing and the hotel was immaculate..The manager was great he took care of the mistakes that i had made on my reservation..But we were told by one of the guys that parking was included in the stay then when my daughter went out to her car one of the valets got her info and told her to go to the front desk and at that moment they told her that they were taking it out of her deposit..and when she told them who told her that it was included they looked at each other like it wasnt the first time.."

"Beautiful hotel with a glass art gallery inside it. Lots of beautiful pieces to look at and admire. Room was elegant and super clean. Shower was beautiful with a glass door and sleek subway tile. Really comfortable mattress and linens. Ice by request. Everything we needed and more! "

"The general manager Thomasine was very helpful, polite, caring and welcoming. She also was constantly checking on me to make sure i was comfortable and safe with anything i needed. Also her staff was great with a certain member that stood out overall. Her name was Nisha and she was excellent with her manners and customer service. "

"With the on time shuttle plus a substantial breakfast our trip ended magnificently by staying here. Every one of the staff we interacted with was helpful and kind plus the room was excellent; quiet, clean and comfy. Anyone needing respite in the Norfolk area can easily call this their hotel home.
